CDEI is an umbrella organization. We proudly represent six exceptional programs that share our goal of creating a better future for Venezuelan children. Our philosophy is grounded in teamwork, and we believe in working hand in hand with each organization. Understanding objectives and strategy grants us the opportunity to provide them with the materials and support they need to succeed.

Alexis José Ramón Bastidas Aranguibel, Venezuelan, born on September 20th of 1958. At the end of July of 1970 he joins the Minor Seminar “Jesus’ Sacred Heart” in Trujillo and on the 5th of July of 1975, he receives his diploma as a Bachelor in Humanities. Read More

Liliana Malave is an executive, entrepreneur and philanthropist with more than 25 years of experience in corporate accounting and insurance. For the last 10 years, she has dedicated herself to fostering education in the US and her home country, Venezuela, through the CDEI Foundation. Read More

Mónica Padilla Mantellini is an entrepreneur and philanthropist with more than 15 years of experience in children’s language education. For the past four years she has dedicated her life to conducting social outreach and charity work in her native Venezuela through the CDEI Foundation. Read More
